Refund policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at bernaldecom825@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will email you full instructions, including the return address. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exceptions: personal care items and final sale products cannot be returned.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

European Union customers: you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, under the same conditions above.
